Same here, the first time I saw Marc was the Remedy video on MTV... and I thought he looked odd.
Couldn't feel his guitar much from my TV speakers, and I thought he was wearing "Prince" clothes lol.
Then the album came out and you had the liner photos and were able to listen to the whole album on decent speakers.
